Inspiration for this song

This is a song I am currently working on and hope to finish by the end of January. It is called “I Just Want To Know.”

Verse 1:

I think about the times that we shared

I know in my heart that you really cared

But somehow the love, I’ve been dreaming of

just drifted away.

As gentle as a flower in the wind
